The product
Sababa is a premium fragrance brand for the Pakistani market: twelve scents, one monochrome identity. I built the whole thing, from the storefront and cart to the order pipeline and a built-in admin panel, on Next.js and Supabase.
Highlights
- Storefront, cart, checkout and order confirmation emails on a single Next.js app.
- Checkout runs through a SECURITY DEFINER database function, so the app never holds a service-role key.
- Built-in /admin for products, orders and reviews, gated by Supabase auth and row-level security.
- WhatsApp-first customer contact, the way local buyers actually order.
Status and next steps
Live. Deployed and in use. Move to the sababa.pk domain and connect the payment gateway.
